 APPOINTMENTS

We are by appointment only to guarantee your time with us. We can accept walk-ins as long there is an aesthetician available, but this is not guaranteed.

 

ARRIVING LATE

Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment your service may be shortened (or rescheduled) so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. The regular service price will apply.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide 24hr notice should you require to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill appointments.

 

NO SHOWS

No shows are flagged in our booking system. 3 or more no shows will result in a ban from booking until a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid towards your next service. Must be paid prior to booking.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Any products with accompanying receipt can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. All sales on gift cards are final.

 

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards bought during a gift card sale can only be used towards spa services.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Interac, Visa,  MasterCard & American Express. We also accept Spa Finder & Way Spa gift cards.

 

CHILDREN

In consideration of other guests and the safety of your child, please do not bring children with you without giving us notice before hand. We do allow children as long as we do not have relaxation services going on at the same time. If you bring your child with you & we have no notice of this while there are relaxation services happening, you will be rescheduled.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships can only be used by one person. They are non-refundable.
